Representing the Principal of STIP Jakarta, Mr. Ir. Robinson, MM officially opened the DPM Activities that have collaborated with State Vocational High School 2 Ketapang. He is the coordinator of DPM STIP in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, for cadets of State Vocational High School 2 Ketapang.

The opening of the DPM was attended by Harbourmaster Class IV, Mr. Albert Marbun, Head of the Education Board, Drs. Edi Santoso, M.Pd; and Principal of State Vocational High School 2 Ketapang, Erini, SPM, MPd. The Activities carried out from 02-15 March 2020 were the result of the collaboration between STIP Jakarta and State Vocational High School 2 Ketapang.

In a speech by the Principal of STIP, read by Ir. Robinson, MM, said, “The government’s DPM program through the Ministry of Transportation is currently focused on developing the potential of Human Resources (HR) in an effort to generate the labor. To support the national program of competent human resources, by providing skills that can be used by the community, especially cadets in SMKN 2 Ketapang as a successor to the younger generation in getting a job or working independently after graduation.
