6. Photocopy of STTPK (Certificate of End of Marine Education) 2 sheets which have been legalized & show the original
7. Photocopy of Diploma III / Strata A / Sailing Academy / Diploma IV Sailing or STTPK Crash Marine Program which has been legalized on 2 sheets & showing the original
8. Original screen period of at least 1 year as C / O and a copy of 1 sheet
9. ANT-I original diploma (STCW 78/95), original AMK B diploma (STCW 78) and a copy of 1 sheet
10. Legalized copies of seafarers' skills training that has been amended in Manila 2010 (BST, SCRB, AFF, MFA, MC, RADAR-ARPA, ECDIS, BRM, SSO) 2 sheets
11. Photo size 3x4 = 15 sheets (blue background, white shirt, plain black tie)
12. Filing is done 1 week before sitting training (updating)
13. Proof of payment sent to email updating.stip@gmail.com (original and photocopy of 1 sheet)
14. Proof of online registration (original and photocopy of 1 sheet)
15. All updating requirements are scanned in the form of a disc (burning) and are meaningful together with filing at the updating window

7. Photocopy of Diploma III / Strata A / Sailing Academy / Diploma IV Sailing or STTPK Crash Marine Program which has been legalized on 2 sheets & showing the original
8. The period of the original screen is at least 1 year and a photocopy of 1 sheet

3. Information on the minimum sailing period of 12 (twelve) months as an officer carrying out guard duty on the bridge on more than GT 500 (five hundred Gross Tonnage) ships (original 1 copy & 1 copy)
