Located at the STIP Jakarta Auditorium, Capt Marihot Simanjuntak MM, accompanied by structural / functional officials of STIP Jakarta attended the inauguration of Level I Seafarers’ Training of Nautical and Technical Expertise with the theme “Becoming Professional, Independent and Global Insighted Maritime Persons”. As for the number of training participants being inaugurated today, there were 64 people, with the number of participants in the Nautical training program as many as 36 people and as many as 28 people who were declared to have passed 100% in the seamen skills test.

Chairman of STIP Jakarta, Capt. Marihot Simanjuntak, MM in his speech said, “Congratulations to the student officers who have been appointed as ANT I and ATT I, hopefully the graduates can apply the knowledge they have gained as the highest officers on board”. As for the Student Officer representative who gave his impression and message, he expressed his gratitude to the Capt. Marihot Simanjuntak, MM along with their staff who have helped and launched the implementation of the Seafarers Training level I, and hopes that STIP will be more victorious and always provide the best service for Indonesian sailors.

The event was closed by congratulating the graduates and taking a group photo.
